Once you complete signup, your activation email should arrive within 30 minutes.
If you haven’t received your e-mail yet, there are a number of things you can do:
- Wait a little longer. Sometimes delivery of e-mail can be delayed by processes outside of our control.
- Check the junk e-mail or spam folder of your e-mail client. Sometimes e-mails wind up there by mistake.
- Have you entered your e-mail correctly? If you’ve entered it incorrectly, submit a help request to our Support Team referring the email address you used (the wrong one) or the blog domain you chose. Then, refer the correct email address to be used.
